However, we do not guarantee that the listed prices will always be the lowest in every region or geography. Prices and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

• AMALTH works with multiple verified vendors and reserves the right to route any order to an approved fulfillment partner for processing and dispatch.

• AMALTH does not run misleading promotions. We ensure that all promotional communication is transparent, accurate, and shared only after obtaining your clear consent.

• All AMALTH products listed on our website and third-party platforms are 100% genuine. We guarantee product authenticity at the time of purchase; however, this does not extend to manufacturing defects.

• Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistical conditions.

• AMALTH makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and packaging details, but typographical or system errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, AMALTH may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

• AMALTH may request additional documents or confirmations before processing an order if required. If an order is cancelled after a debit/credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policies.

 

USER RESTRICTIONS

Users agree not to use the AMALTH website for unlawful or harmful purposes, unauthorized access to systems, interfering with other users, uploading copyrighted material, or disrupting website infrastructure.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (INDIA)

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• AMALTH offers FREE SHIPPING PAN-INDIA for both prepaid and COD orders.

• Standard delivery timeline: 3–5 business days depending on pin code.

• Customers receive an email/SMS with tracking details upon dispatch.

Damaged Product:

Customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing packaging, product, and batch number. After verification, replacements will be issued.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:

• Contact 9034419987.

• Refund processed only after RTO parcel is received.

• Refund time: 3–4 working days.

 

Cancellation After Delivery:

• Must be reported within 3 days.

• Refund initiated after pickup/return.

• COD refunds via bank transfer; prepaid refunds to original mode.

 

Marked Delivered but Not Received:

• Must be reported within 3 days.

• Courier investigation takes 6–10 days.

 

DELIVERY DATES

Estimated delivery dates are not binding. AMALTH is not liable for delays caused by logistics.

 

RISK OF LOSS

Risk transfers to logistics partner once the order is handed over. Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

• Unopened products may be returned within 3 days.

• Return shipping covered only if error was on AMALTH’s part.

• Opened products only accepted if defective and reported within 2 days.

• Refunds processed to original mode or via bank transfer for COD.

Consultation/diet plans cannot be cancelled, transferred, or modified.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Processing time: 2–3 weeks.

• No minimum order value.

• Shipping cost depends on weight and destination.

• Customs duties, VAT, and import fees must be paid by the customer.

• If customs returns or discards the package, AMALTH refunds product value once returned (shipping not refunded).

• ODA charges may apply.

• Only prepaid international orders accepted.

• Customers may cancel international orders within 24 hours.
